Original blackened floorboards, a curved roof and a tiny, retired tortoise wood burner all take you back to the 1930s, when Pip was actually out on the roads as a steam roller living van. Little windows on each side let in plenty of light, and Kitty and Paddy have been busy filling the place with an eclectic mix of antiques and vintage finds collected over the years (they used to own two vintage boutiques in Falmouth so this is right up their street!)

As well as your cosy bedroom, you’ve also got plenty of space to hang out – just across the garden you’ll find Pip’s Cabin, a wooden cabin with a lounge with books and games, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large shower room. And the garden itself is a lovely space to just sit by the fire and look up at the stars.

There’s a hamper provided for you to pack up a picnic and go off exploring the area, maybe down to the beach for surfing, walking across Dartmoor or wandering through the local villages and visiting the markets.
